On Enter

To Access On Enter option, do the following:

  • Select the node in your conversation flow that you want to configure for user entry behaviour.

On Enter

  • On the Inspector pane, navigate to the On Enter tab and click on the + icon.

  • This action will open Add new triggers window. Here you can specify what the bot should do next.

Add New Trigger

  • Display Content: This allows you to define a message or text that the bot will communicate to the user.

  • Built-in API: This option enables you to perform certain actions using a built-in API.
