Sender ID Registration

International Traffic

You cannot whitelist sender ID for international traffic. Your sender ID is overwritten to a short code.

Local Traffic

To send local traffic with alphanumeric sender ID, you must first register your traffic with local operators. See the attached file for instructions. Registration is done in each operator's DLT portal. Once the registration is completed, you will receive a unique entity ID (PEID). You must share this entity with us along with your sender ID, so that we can set you up to start sending messages without issues.

Do Not Disturb

Promotional SMS are not allowed between 9 pm and 9 am local time. Messages sent to end users who are registered with the Do Not Disturb service are queued after 9 pm and submitted at 9 am the next morning.
